Lawn Care Services

We offer both commercial and residential maintenance services that guarantee each client’s investment is correctly maintained. You can either Chose a Year Lawn and Landscape Contract or you can have a normal Lawn Care Plan. This can help if you don’t want a contract.

Our Lawn Care will include

• Lawn Maintenance to keep your grass cut the right Height
• Edging all flowerbeds, side-walks, Driveways and Curbs
• Removing weeds from flower beds and any trash off yard
• Leaf Removal will be done at normal price of a Lawn Visit
• We then Clean up by blowing off all surfaces
• This starts at $35.00 Per Visit

 

Our Lawn Care Contract will Include

• Lawn Maintenance to keep your grass cut the right Height
• Edging all flowerbeds, side-walks, Driveways and Curbs
• Removing weeds from flower beds and any trash off yard
• Leaf Removal will be done at normal price of a Lawn Visit
• Fertilize Lawn and Plants 3-4 times a seasonerate Lawn and over-seed yard (October)
• Deep Hand Prune all Bushes and other Plants 3-4 times a season
• We then Clean up by blowing off all surfaces
• This Year Around Contract Starts at $80.00 Per Month

 

TLC’S Weekly Maintenance Service

Our weekly maintenance service includes all prospects for ever lawn care and landscaping need. The services provided by TLC are specifically formulated to provide our clients with the uniform lawn they desire. Our knowledgeable staff will perform all of the weekly services provided which are:

• Deep hand pruning of all ornamental plant material
• Ground cover control
• Insect and disease control
• Weed control
• Hand weeding
• Tree maintenance
• Fertilization of plant material
• Edging
• Leaf removal
• Trenching bed lines
• Design seasonal color
• Aerate and overseed of cool season turf in fall
• Aerate and scalping of warm season turf in spring
• Irrigation system start up, shut down, and monitoring
• Fertilization and weed control of turf area
• Mowing of all turf area

 

TLC’S Seasonal Maintenance Service

Not all of our clients have a need for weekly maintenance services. Because of this fact, TLC has formulated a seasonal maintenance service. The services included are as follows:

• Deep hand pruning
• Insect and disease control
• Ground cover control (e.g. ivy, vinca)
• Fertilization of plant material
• Weed control
• Hand weeding
• Trenching of all bedlines
• General landscape cleanup
• Mowing of all turf area

• Fescue and Ornamental
• Five applications of liquid fertilizer
• Two applications of pre-emergent herbicide for crabgrass control
• Three applications of broadleaf (winter annual) weed killer
• One application of fire ant control (Top Choice)
• One application of lime (if needed)
• Three applications of Brown Patch control
• One aeration
• Overseed with high quality Fescue seed
• One soil analysis
• Two applications of ornamental fertilizer
• Deep root injection for trees (where needed)
• Insect control (Japanese Beetles, White Grub, Army Worm and Aphid)

 

Silver Package Starting at $50.00 Per Month

• Fescue
• Four applications of liquid fertilizer
• One application of granular fertilizer (September)
• Two applications of pre-emergent herbicide for crabgrass control
• Three applications of broadleaf (winter annual) weed killer
• Three applications of Iron for summer color
• One aeration
• Over-seed with high quality Fescue seed
• Insect control (Japanese Beetles, White Grub, Army Worm and Aphid)
